This process is designed to give you a comprehensive overview of 4u Care and the role, as well as an opportunity for us to get to know you. 

Successful applicants will recieve a Job Offer at the conculsion of PET.

If you participate in the get to know you phone call  and are invited to attend the Pre Employment Training, you will be asked to provide the  following documents prior to attending: 

  • NDIS Workers Screening Clearance

  • WWCC (for paid work)

  • First Aid

  • 100 Points of ID

  • Valid Australian Drivers Licence

  • NDIS Worker Orientation Module

  • Car Registrations/ CTP
